Make custom PBS overrides Default PBS

Hello !
I don't know if it's actually possible, but I think with new PBS change, we should be able to make custom PBS overrides the Default.
Like, let's say I have the move Milk Drink.
If there are two instances of Milk Drink in two different PBS, the custom one will override the default one.
That could make move editing and custom pokemon editing more plug and play than they are now, and they could be reversible.
Would it be doable ?

Keyacom was trying this in the discord recently, seems like it doesn't work, unfortunately. (Just returns an error for an ID being used twice) Might be interesting to try to make a plugin that does this, but I don't know if there'd be concerns about it being overwritten again by hotfixes or anything.

Ow, I see people are trying. Maybe I'll try too, that would be a great progress for custom making

You would have to ask though, what happens if there's multiple instances of Milk Drink in several different files? The one that's named higher alphabetically would take priority, but that doesn't necessarily mean it'd be the most recent one.

That being said, I do like the idea of being able to have PBS overrides.

Then you just end up with redundant data in some PBS files, and it's not clear at first glance which Milk Drink is the "real" one. I don't want to encourage that kind of clutter. If you want to change PBS data, you change it. The original PBS files aren't sacred "thou mustn't touch" things.
