Pokémon Eon Guardians is a Pokémon fangame developed in RPG Maker XP using the Pokémon Essentials v19.1 starter kit and MKXP.
The game was created with Gen 4 graphics and includes all Pokémon from the first four generations!
Jump into an unknown adventure full of challenges, secrets to discover and a lot of fun!
Explore the Terre Region in over 50 hours of gameplay, earn the region's eight badges, and face the Titanium Plateau!

Finally the day is here, the moment you've been waiting for so long has come:
You start your own Pokémon journey!

Growing up as a child in a humble mountain village in the peaks of Terre, you can't wait to discover
the region's wonderful landscape together with your first own Pokémon.
But which Pokémon will you choose?

Even though the game has already been tested in depth, I do not claim that it is bug-free, of course.
If you find a bug, no matter if graphical or programming, please report it to me, so I can fix it.

The game has also been tested on JoiPlay and optimized as much as possible so that even weaker mobile phones can handle it.
However, hardware limits are quickly reached, especially in larger cities, which causes the FPS to drop.


The Hard Mode has some tightening compared to the Easy Mode. These are lower EXP, the availability of only 3 items per battle, the battle style is set, you lose half of your money if you lose, level caps and in Gym and Colosseum battles you can only carry as many Pokémon as the opponents have available. Through the re-challengeable Colosseum and the like is in every situation the possibility to train to overcome a challenge.

Pokemon Pokémon Essentials is playable on JoiPlay, but you will encounter small performance and graphic issues.
You have to download it from the patreon page.
https://www.patreon.com/joiplay Install the JoiPlay app 1.20.023 and the RPG Maker Plugin 1.20.25 and it should work.

The costum EBDX battle animations are sometimes a bit buggy in double battles.

When changing day/night on a map, the fogs are not reloaded correctly. A map change will fix this.

Hi :)
I decided not to publish a demo, but directly the whole game.
The playtest was done 'internally' with the help of friends.
Pokémon Eon Guardians has a playtime of 50 hours and more, depending on how many side quests you complete and how deep you dive into the postgame.
Pokémon Eon Guardians will be fully released in the next two weeks.

This is HUGE sir. I always like playing fan games but the slow progress kinda bug me. Now with a complete state i can enjoy this game to the fullest. Really looking forward to ur game ^^

I honestly don't have any experience with Discord so far, but I'm going to look at how other fan games have set up their channel and then create one maybe🙂

is there something to check the pokemon in a route without having to spend hours searching?

Later you can obtain a Pokémon Checker which tells you which Pokémon is on the Route you are at the moment. You get the device from a side quest in Granitedeep City. Till then you have to explore. But you get often hints for rare Pokémon from NPCs.

Version 1.0.1 is out! It's only a cosmetic update, so it doesn't necessarily need to be loaded.
A detailed update description can be found in the changelog.

The only thing that bothers me is that it is really laggy on some maps. I've experienced this with more games from V19. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it...

Are you playing on android (joiplay) or PC?
Because on PC i have no lag at all... on my mobile i agree with you. I compressed the Tilesets already to make them as short as possible and splitted some maps (if it was possible), but i dont know what else to do...

im playing on pc, and i found out that when i restarted the game it was less laggy so thats what i keep doing sometimes.

(i found a small thing bug, when leaving emerald forest to route 8 you move down for some reason)
