Way to set time?

Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to set the time in Pokemon (specifically the hour, time.hour)
Basically, what I want to do is utilize the tone system, outdoor lights and various night related perks but I can't seem to force the Pokemon time into a specific time because it gets its time from the player's computer.

I suggest FL's Unreal Time system.
I can only find the link on PC.
