v18 Help with using Modular Title Screens

Hey guys !
I want to seek help because I'm really poor in this q_q
I tried to use Modular Screen from Luka for v18, installed everything etc, but I just can figure how to use it. The doc is really confusing, and I don't know where to start. Did some try and have success with this? I'd like to at least have the first step because I'm lost q_q
