This Pokemon doesn't and has never had a "WildItemRare" section, and none of this happened previously. I changed moveset and base stat information on 3 Pokemon before it, but nothing in that section. Any idea what's going on and are there solutions other than reinstalling?
Solved:
I used a backup of my PBS, something got encoded incorrectly when I saved the file.
