Animated Title Screens and Opening Intros (V16)

I am looking into making a title screen similar to Pokémon Gold and Silver. How would I approach this in Pokémon Essentials (and what graphics do I need to make and how many)? Thanks!!

You need to set the generation to 2, it's HGSS instead of GSC, but I think it will do.
