TM Issue in Pokemon Essentials Version 17.2?

So with my Pokemon game when I test it out apparently when I attempt to use TMs on one of the newly made Pokemon, they are unable to learn it. I coded the Pokemon's name with the move it can learn and double-checked that it was the same name, but none of my newly created Pokemon can learn the TMS they are supposed to. DOes anyone possibly know a solution to this? Thank you.

Did you add the move to the pokémon in pokemon.txt or in tm.txt?

In the TM PBS file, I listed all the new pokemon under the TMs they could learn.

You might need to force rmxp to recompile - that can be an issue when dealing with PBS files especially. Hold CTRL when you launch in play test mode to recompile.

If that doesn't do it, I'm not sure what to try next.
