Issue with movements on specific tileset

On my outside tileset the player is unable to move. I checked the database multiple times to see if something was wrong with the passage or 4 direction passage, but it all looked correct. I have no idea why it is doing this. If anyone thinks that they can help I can send them a copy of my game to check out why. Thank you!!

The first transparent autotile was messed up. I fixed it. Thank You!!
