Relic Castle

Is there a way to add a symbol similar (but different) to the red star that is added next to the hp bar for shinies, but for reasons other than shininess? I know where the red star is defined in the script, but it's just preceded by "if shiny".
I would like to add certain symbols to specific pokemon forms. I'm assuming I need to define it under pokemon forms but I'm not sure how to go about it. I basically want the game to add image x next to hp bar if its a certain pokemon form.
