Having a Forme breed to another

I'm looking for a way for a Pokemon with a specific form (I'll use forme 1 in this example), that will always breed into another form (I'll use forme 0 in this example). Even when the forme 1 Pokemon evolves into another forme 1 Pokemon with the same idea as its pre-evolution, breeding it will always result in the child being the forme 0 pre-evolution.

In context, I'm trying to create one-of-a-kind Pokemon (like starters) with a marking or accessory on it that stays when it evolves, but is not passed down to offspring. The offspring would look like regular Pokemon of that species. Also, the special effects are purely cosmetic.

There is a list of species which will, when generated by breeding in the Day Care, inherit their mother's form. These species are Burmy, Shellos, Basculin, Pumpkaboo and a few others. If your species isn't in this list (which I'm guessing it isn't), breeding your form 1 starter will result in a form 0 egg automatically.
