Will never giving the player the Pokedex screw up leveling, Pokemon obedience, or anything else like that?

I don't believe so. In the game I'm making the player doesn't get the pokedex either and I've been fine with leveling and etc. Can't really talk for obedience since I edited those scripts, but I doubt it will affect it since obedience is based off the no. of badges the player has.
