Tileset transparency window issue

Basically every time I import a tileset into essentials the window where you put transparency and semi transparency doesn't show up. How do I fix that?

Don't import it. You don't have to do that, and I'm not sure why the feature is even included in RPG Maker XP. It might be required for an image that lacks a transparency layer, but I'm not sure.

Just go into the Tileset data and manually select the tileset image file you want to use. I've never had any problems with doing it that way.
