Relic Castle

So I'm looking for someone that can edit the Pokemon_Forms script.

Basically when a pokémon that is set to form one evolves, it will change the name of the pokémon. (which means the evolution come first, then right after that the name will be changed)

If possible, but more complicated, the evolution screen will say the name the name of the pokémon that's supposed to be changed. (if you get what i mean)
