Relic Castle

So I'm in a bit of a sticky situation here, I don't know what i did wrong to the sign but when I talk to it here's what I get.
This is what the event looks like.
I tried using extendtext and also tried this. but nothing seemed to work.
It's probably caused by the /'s being right next to each other, anyone have any idea?
