Issues resizing sprites :(

Well, I am using EBS, and I have to resize all the sprites that I wanted to add as new Pokémon.
I searched for converters but all I found they made my image look really bad, resolution turned into I don't know, 88p? And the sprite looks horible like that.
I' m pretty bad with photoshop, so if someone does know how to change the sprites that EBS is going to see (for example, passing it to regular Essentials size) or a method on photoshop/program that does it well, I would really appreciate it >.<

Whenever you're scaling a sprite, make sure you set Interpolation to Nearest Neighbor or None (depends on the program). That will make sure it doesn't get blurry as you scale it.

Thanks, and...Do you know any program that does that? I've been all evening searching for a good program and I don't know where to find any good one Dx

Well, I use Paint.NET, though GIMP is also really good, and both are free.
