Relic Castle

Hello here,
So I've been trying to play Pokemon Uncensored and Pokemon Essentials for a few hours as I understand the first is done with the latter and in both I have the same bug: texts just don't show up. Every menu is blank, even the start menu, every text window is blank. I reinstalled the fonts even though I had them already installed and put the games in compatibility mode on various versions of windows, but nothing seems to work. Soooo yeah I'm not sure where it comes from. If someone could help me with that I'd appreciate it deeply.
