    In the second handler (UseMove) you have $game_screen.weather_type==0 "==" is only a thing when comparing, such as in an if statement (which you used well in the first handler). Try removing one of the equal signs.

    I've never really added a field move before, but since it's a "select from the menu" (like Sweet Scent) menu, it's missing the HiddenMoveHandlers::CanUseMove and HiddenMoveHandlers::UseMove bits, most likely.
