In which thread? In most there is a black "Post Thread" button.

How do you post on here i haven't been on in a while
avatar
Oh yes, and remember to edit the actual podcast afterwards. Not everything needs to be kept in. I don't just mean all the awkward pauses, I mean the uninteresting tangents and alternate takes of flubbed lines. Make the panel look more professional than they actually are!
avatar
And then burn that footage, obviously.
avatar
I imagine it'd be a really good idea to have a practice run first, though. Talk about any old rubbish (not even anything related to game devving, just any topic you can form a few questions and discussion points around), and get to grips with how each other behaves and how the format would work.
avatar
I'd be interested. I haven't done anything like that before.
avatar
I'm near constantly listening to podcasts on my way into work, so a podcast like that would be really fun to listen to!
avatar
Or people like me who are just bad at it.
avatar
@Llama except for trubbishes that couldn't hold a game dev conversation qWq
avatar
The more the merrier.
avatar
I mean, hey, if anyone is down for it, I'm cool with having them in.
avatar
I'd be down for some dicking around in podcasts. I'm not making any fangames though. I'd really be cool to get more people in as well. Maruno, would you be interested in something like this?
avatar
Examples are also great.
avatar
Game design is best debated, I think. Trying to lecture on it solo doesn't appeal.
avatar
If you need people to join you there's plenty here and in Discord (and not to brag but I'm here ifyouknowwhatimsayinheheheh)
avatar
I tried my hand at recording is solo, but it didn't feel right. It really felt like it was missing something
avatar
Right now, I'm looking for other people to be in it, since it can be a very vague topic.
avatar
Who's in it? Just you, or you with guest(s)? Will they be different each time, or will you have a co-host or two?
avatar
I guess chronologically you'd start with the inro. Having an idea, and script ready, laying out your plans, etc.
avatar
Current plan is to make it a monthly thing.
